‘Letting Go’ depicts a tranquil landscape with islands set against an impressive sky filling with voluminous clouds. The sky varies in shades of orange and blues, creating a dynamic and engaging composition. The sky captures the vivid nature of a summers day on the lake in Northern Ontario.
Letting Go was inspired by a sad time of grief with my family. We had a family member pass and I painted “Letting Go” with her in mind. With no plan in mind, I was inspired by bright untethered family time in Northern Ontario of times of happiness and freedom.
Letting Go is a statement colourful cloudscape that will add bright life to your room.
