My painting “Blazing Sunset” depicts a vibrant landscape showcasing a stunning sunset over a serene body of water. The dramatic sky paints the clouds in hues of yellow, reds, oranges and navy blue. The sun radiates as the focal point in the bottom right canvas. Below the sky, slender tall trees cast cast cool silhouettes which contrast the warm colours in the sky. The sun’s reflection shimmers gently on the surface and leads the eye toward the sun.
The overall composition is balanced and creates an immersive expression of a bold fleeting moment in nature.
